Background and Aim: Respiratory and educational interventions are based on preventive measures and measures that apply to dangerous people. The purpose of this research is to provide educational and training support in preventing the repetition of the perpetrators' offense in Mashhad Prison. Methodology: This research from the viewpoint of the purpose of is applied and from the viewpoint of the method is descriptive of survey type. The statistical population of all prisoners was 36 people who were selected in all countable. The data gathering tool was a researcher-made questionnaire. The validity of the questionnaire was used to determine the formal validity. For reliability of the questionnaire, the Cronbach's alpha coefficient was 0. 85. To analyze the data, one-sample t-test and Friedman test were used. Findings: Identified components are effective in preventing repeat offending offenders in Mashhad Central Prison, rehabilitation, cultural, religious, and sports activities. In the rehabilitation activities with an average of (4. 16) have the most impact and cultural activities with an average of (3. 24) has the least impact. Results: The results of the research show that educational and custodial measures should be applied if the law and by the judge are based on the occurrence of a crime, in accordance with the talent, character and background of the perpetrators and the dangerous. It can be a major factor in preventing repeat offenders from being dangerous and persistent.

The present study was aimed to investigate the psychological characteristics of perpetrators of domestic violence. The sample included 30 couples involved in marital violence who were referred to the family court of justice, and 30 couples who were selected randomly from the ordinary families living in the 7th educational district of Tehran. The questionnaires used in this research were the following: I) Spousal Assault Risk Assessment Guide (SARA). 2) The questionnaire of violence against women, and 3) MMPI test. The following statistical methods were employed for the data analysis: Pearson's correlation coefficient, and independent T-test. The results of this research showed a significant correlation between the subscales of MMPI test (Hypochondriasis, Depression, Hysteria, Psychopathic Deviate. Paranoia, Psychasthenia, Schizophrenia, & Hypomania) and spousal violence. On the whole the outcome of this research showed that the personality characteristics of men and the violence against their spouses were significantly related.

Mass casualties with epidemic effects and creating chaos plus unnatural conditions in the society, and even in the entire world appear to be the central nucleus of most of these attacks, something which has been realized in most of these attacks. The most important objective beyond these attacks is the sense of taking revenge produced by the inability to assert oneself in politics as well as helping realize a worldwide cause devoid of Satan and satanic forces, something that has been vaguely intermingled with a few apocalyptic ideas. An increase in the number of apocalyptic cults together with misunderstandings about various religions and their combinations, and promoting a rationally unacceptable version coupled with their intense tendency towards using environmental, especially biologic factors has led us to address one of the most important and complex dimensions of environmental terrorism. The main objective of this research is to explore the factors creating the tendency towards environmental terrorism, especially using biological factors as well as the identity of its perpetrators. In reality, this research plans to present a personality model of the perpetrators of environmental terrorism. The findings of this research indicate that there are psychological disorders, an apocalyptic and fundamentalist mindset as well as religious motivations for vindictiveness towards secular and non-religious governments on the part of the perpetrators of environmental terrorists.

No verdict or sentence has been handed down among FOKAHA in this regard due to the novelty of the field. Examining the spreading corruption on the earth through generalizing it to the proper circumstances, the authors arrive at the conclusion that internet perpetrators, who corrupt in the earth, are required to be subjected to Haad punishments if they are committed to disruption of public safety by attributing to Surah Al-Ma’idah [verse 33] and narratives about corruption on the earth as well as tanqih al-manat.

Acid attack, also called acid throwing which is the form of violent assault is known as one of the crimes against the physical integrity of individuals that in most of cases, it is motivated by revenging defiguring, making life so difficult for the victim and his health compromising. In target countries, it has been attempting to minimize the amount of crime committed by strict regulations. Since according to the Principles of Islamic Jurisprudence, the punishment of acid attack can not be restricted to the form of canonical penalties and punishments, the main question arises that whether it is possible to condemn the perpetrators to perform retaliation as well as throwing acid on the corresponding member in his body or not. But acid attack may cause (hot) burns in the victim person as well as burning punishment can be only investigated in the form of injury (wound). Hence, performing retaliation is only allowed when the injury caused by the crime is consistent with the injuries caused by the retaliation. This research which has been conducted through using analytical-descriptive research method also based on library research method shows that according to the (horrific) nature of acid attack crime, it is so impossible that can be repeated for the perpetrator’ s (corresponding member of) body. Therefore, the judicial procedure cannot be defensible for judicial sentencing as retaliation (for acid attack perpetrators) as well as the perpetrator should be only guilty of paying a (blood of money) ransom or compensation however retaliation is less likely to be incurred as a result of the victim's injury. Although there is no room for retaliation with imprisonment, if another crime issue is realized, perpetrators can be condemnned to discretionary punishments (imprisonment, exile, working at compulsory camps and etc. . . ) or canonical penalties (corruption and moharebeh).
